Our achievements:

Annual reward trip for all employees of a laboratory:

• Accommodation at Hotel Byblos (for the group’s pre-opening) and at Château de la Messardière in Saint Tropez,
• Treasure hunt in the Gulf of Saint Tropez,
• Petanque tournament at the Place des Lices followed by a provence-style aperitif,
• Gala night in Saint Tropez’s trendy atmosphere.

The Grand Prix of Monaco commissioned by a F1 sponsor whose objective was to bring together its best clients:

• Private use of two properties on the Saint Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula,
• Champagne cocktail and dinner by the swimming pool,
• Shuttle boats to Monaco followed by the race,
• Meeting with the stall’s racing drivers and gala night Grand Prix’s festive atmosphere.

“Zen et Zap” rally at the Palais des Papes in Avignon which brought together the 100 employees of a French company celebrating its 1st year of operation!

Gastronomic incentive meeting for 80 Top Swedish managers, key decision-makers in the food industry:

• Technical visits of two leaders in the food industry on the French Riviera,
• Gastronomic cookery course on a wine estate, under the leadership of 4 Chefs,
• Grape harvest workshop, wine tasting,
• Lunch in the estate’s private gardens...

Range of activities for 350 employees of a laboratory:

• Jet ski, water ski and sailing for some,
• Canyoning, rafting, mountain biking for mountain lovers,
• “Fun” scooter rides in the hinterland,
• Cultural tour at the heart of the Riviera for art and history lovers.

All these activities enabled us to “coolly” manage the expectations of a heterogeneous group of clients.
